Manabu Kaji pursues a variety of expressions using clay and fire in the vast nature of Hokkaido.

This is a large plate with a strong presence that makes the most of the rough expression of the clay.

Coarse clay particles and pebbles appear on the surface, creating a powerful scenery along with the thick, uneven edges. From the deep black with suppressed gloss, you can feel a primitive charm as if a part of the earth has been cut out.

In addition to generously serving main dishes such as meat and fish, it is also recommended as a vessel for bringing together bread and fruits.

Even if you leave it without serving anything, it emits a presence like an object that tightens the dining table and space.
